For anyone else having difficulty renewing, go to the acoc home page and WITHOUT LOGGING IN go to the menu on the left hand side and select Online membership, then look for your area (UK, EUROPE or REST of WORLD) and click on Renewal next to it. A log in window appears and this is the one you put your user name and password into. Then off you go...
