Can't log on to members area or renewal by Paypal.

I'm not able to log on to the members area for months. Now i tried to renew my membership using paypal but can't still log on. My members number and surename is not working, how can i reset my account?

same occurs to me; cannot log into members area; anything to do with pending membersip renewal?

Are you going to the home page, selecting Online Membership and then selecting Renewal next to your membership type (UK, EUR or RoW) and then log in to to window that pops up?

Yes, that's what i tried. After filling the boxes with member # and surename i get allways the " You appear to have entered the wrong username/password, or the session has timed out please try again" message.

Hi Bob,
   I just renewed via the Online Membership icon.
   My usual Login name and password were taken.
   I am now upto date with the membership fee.

   my logical conclusion is this:
   - there must be a relation between membership renewal status and access to member specific icons (members area, membership list, your profile);
   - as long as subscription is unrenewed, the "online membership" portal still takes current user name/pw, to allow renewal, but the other portals won't work
   - this relation may be automatic, i.e. OK for access once money received
   - it might also be manually activated, but then the membership secretary would probably know
   
   Who will lift the mistery now? Is there a time lag included into the renewal process before the other portals become reactive again to user name/pw ?

If anyone ever has any log in problems, rather than wait months do please email me, I'm in the list of officers as Membership Secretary. Lots of people get confused due to the fact that the home page members' area is one login and the forum is another.
