Cobra/428

Hi Guys,
   
   Don't shoot the messenger but it looks like another 428 has become a "Cobra".  I found this on the web and have looked no further into it.

We don't know when it was built and why. Maybe the 428 was too far gone.

   Any other details? I believe CFX35 is now a Cobra, but I don`t know where it is or when it became so....listed in the ACOC Cobra 'Replica coilspring cars' register.
