Brake shoe riveting

Hi anyone know who does brake shoe riveting/relining or where you can get a riveting tool. I have looked on the 'interwebby thing' and so far only found a punch for  Ferguson tractor brakes or a full blown garage type machine.

Any ideas?

Gary, pop SAFTEK into the interweb thingy, they come highly recommended and did the 14" shoes on one of my cars.
They are stuck on, not riveted, which seems to be the way to go these days, modern adhesives mean that rivets are a thing of the past (sod originality!!)

Cheers guys will look into that, its just that I have some rear shoes for my later axle and hope to obtain some others for the fronts.

I may just try a rivet punch for the rears.

I suppose I should get my finger out and sort my other front axle and get discs on it.

So much to do so little time.

Cheers for Saftek  contact, have a set on the way there now and a good price with quick turn around, also having as set done by a member who had some NOS shoes for sale. So all good on brake shoe front.

Just an update, shoes back from Saftek, excellent bonded on instead of rivets. Under £70 for the 4 front shoes. Had a choice of 2 types of linings standard or woven, went with standard as apparently the woven wear much quicker and no more effective.

HI  New linedand bonded  shoes from Saftek now fitted, much better braking. Also now got the spare shoes ready for next time I need to replace, these were rivetted for me by the member selling them, these are NOS linings (thanks  Barry).

I also thought I would include a pic of the brakes as these have twin adjusting snails, these do not appear to be an AC fitment but retro fitted by the previous owner who was an engineer, they do give superb fine adjustment allowing a very good pedal response. (yes I know I should took pics after cleaning and fitting new shoes)
