AC 428 Parts needed--Gas cap,Boot button

What are the gas caps of of??
   The trunk latch button on the outside of the car what is it?? I am sure it's Alfa?Italian something?? I have the latch but the push button that trips the latch is what i need--My painter lost it--
   Also an interior door jam light switch/button
