WEbsite changed?

Have been trying to add picture to a new topic, but seems unable to do so.
   When I hit the 'insert image' button all I get is..........
   
   Last couple of times I've posted uploading pics was easy.
   
   Has something changed??

only see one photo .... with Sir John Whitmore at the right ?
   the first photo is not seen, instead the now usual invitation from Photobucket to upgrade to the Plus 500 plan to enable third party hosting of pics
