Windscreen

Hi I'm new to the Forum and new to owing a Brookland Ace.
   I have a 1998 version and need to replace the windscreen. I believe it is a Sierra screen (heated). However I am not sure what year as the like of auto glass need that information. Can anyone assist please?

There will be a number in the corner can you provide. It will be ford, but could be granada MK3 or sierra. Just need the number to check.

   The number is 43R-00115 VSG Tinted.
   A question about the 2011 register.
   You mention that DE064 is a Mk 2, this is the one I have, but I assumed by the bonnet and number it was a MK3? Can you explain please?
