Yes it is already time to book the date and tickets into your diaries.
   
   As per last year, the tickets are discounted on a 2 for 1 basis and if booked before end of March the tickets are slightly cheaper. After end of March the ticket are more expensive but to get the 2 for 1 and park on the club stand these must be booked before 31st May 2016.

   So last year we had 12 cars attend on the Saturday, it be good if we could have more members able to attend and show the exciting range of AC cars

   SPOT ON ......  289 Register, usually have 40  plus  Snakes of various parentage along with some Ace copies.
   
   Got to give credit they always have a better turn out than ACOC and some of the Kits are put together better than our Original AC's..[B)]
   
   There are always going to be Copies & Continuations, a sign of respect and achievement to those who cannot reach the now dizzy heights of buying an  Original.
   
   Long may we all continue to live together and enjoy the experience of driving  with hood down, hot feet,  wind in our hair and the sound of a V8 or Straight 6.

I am told that the 289 register holds its AGM at the Silverstone Classic on top of their members supporting the club/register as well as the event.
   
   As we cannot influence price of entry or the weather  - any ideas on what the ACOC members are looking for in order that further members and there cars attend - that the ACOC can supply?
   
   Welcome any thoughts ideas we could put forward

Is the general plan for all to attend on the Saturday? Anyone doing the other days?

I will be attending for all 3 days, last year the largest turn out was the Saturday - although this was helped by the torrential rain on the Friday and Sunday.

Hi, just joined following my recent purchase of Trevor Legate's COX5012 and was wondering if it would be possible to join you at the Silverstone classic event in July and would it be possible to bring my car? The car has under 200 miles on the clock since it was built and I feel it would be a good test for me and the car to drive up from the south coast to Silverstone.
