Help for Member on tour Auto

Mel Hatton is participating on the Tour Auto in her Aceca Bristol and has had a problem on a special stage. Car is about to be jacked up but they think they have a Half Shaft or Diff problem which will need parts. Can anyone help her or point her in the right direction to get assistance?

Good news, Alain, one of our French members went the extra mile and used parts from his car to fit to Mel's so she could continue. What a hero!

Fantastic to see the true spirit of enthusiasm and resourcefulness keeping the Aceca in the Tour, just a pity that missing a few sections has landed Melanie & Peter with 2hrs30mins of penalties!
   It's a credit to all the competitors that there have been so few 'abandonments', even in the regularity division with less stress & strain on the cars than in the competition classes, the Tour Auto is a big ask for 40+ year old cars.
