Old dog checking in with a few pics of my old cars. Two Aces and two Acecas. Done many years ago now but have a look if you are so inclined. I have more detailed pics of each car. My first was the 1956 Ace AEX146. Came with a Jag 3.5 but got a Ford 260. Then there was 1959 Ace AEX485 done original. Then the black Aceca which became silver under the new owner. The chassis number escapes me. Finally, a 1959 Aceca chassis AEX556 also done original.

Which Aces & Acecas do you own at present [?], Isn't BEX146 now on our side of the Pond..[?]..[?]
Do you have any early period pictures in your archives of Aces Racing in USA in club events and SCCA.
If yes could you share either on the Forum or with both Tim Isles the official ACOC Ace Bristol Registrar and me for my personal pictorial reference library..[;)]

   Thanking you in anticipation...

All my cars were originally AC engined save for AEX146 which had the Jag in it. Only AEX146 got the V8 engine as it was non standard to begin with. All my cars are in new homes now. Only my lonely AC engine CL2317 in all its glory is with me. I have no pictures of racing from the old days. I will check with a friend from that period and see if he may have some as he raced and repaired AC cars back then.

AEX146

Dear Ron,
I was absolutely delighted to see your post last week.I am the curent owner of AEX146 which is being restored in the UK with an AC engine. The project is quite well advanced but not so much so that we wouldnt benefit from seeing any further photographs of the car you may have. In addition, I would be very interested to learn more about the car's history.
If you'd like to send me an e mail my address is Benedict.morgan@yahoo.co.uk
   Kind regards,
