Leaving shortly for the Monterey Historics

In just a few short hours, the family and I are boarding a plane for a two-week California vacation.
   
   We arrive in San Francisco for a couple days before heading to our rented beach house in Santa Cruz.  From here I'll be taking in some of the Monterey car week activities, including the Monterey Historics at Laguna Seca where the Cobra is the featured marque.  There are 42 original 289 and 427 Cobras registered to race, plus there will be many more originals and replicas at the track.
   
   Once the Monterey car week wraps up, we're off to Los Angeles for several days before coming home.  Hopefully I can talk my wife and daughters into visiting the Petersen Auto Museum while we're there.
   
   I should have plenty of pics to share when I get back.
