A very striking example - is your car the one used by AC in their CRS brochure?

The very same, 13k on the clock and still on its original tyres! The original 506 SP reg plate had been changed so I replaced it with one I could remember. Plenty of Dax and Crendons around for far more money than these.

Who's car is that again? I read a travel story about this one just last year, right? I thought it was cool as hell!

The guy who posts as 'Duggan'. Lovely car and good to see the number 13s have been removed [;)]. Given that there are only two of these in existence possibly difficult to put a value on it. It's been on the market for some time which may be due to the Lotus engine limiting its appeal??

Chafford-you might say the same for the Chevrolet engine in the MkIV.  Somehow not the same without a ford V8.

I think you mean the Mk VI. The difference is that the Lotus V8 unfortunately sounds like a 4 cylinder unlike the LS3 V8 in the Mk VI and the new 378. I saw the latter today at Brooklands, it sounded superb!

Correct--MkVI.

I was quite surprised that the Lotus engined car has not sold by now due to its rarity, condition and hardtop.

I note the brochure on the CRS states AC Cobra "the real thing",Real pedigree,Real performance,Real personality, make a Real Noise!

One thing is certain -CRS sell when advertised. 9505 (Bramley),9513(private-mine),and 2 redline  CRS 9512/9514,and the recent one 9528
