COB 4007 for Sale

AC Heritage have this 1995 MkIII Cobra (COB 4007) with 427 side oiler for sale:

   According to 'Cobra, the First 40 Years', there was a 427 rolling chassis supplied to David Wagner in the US with the chassis number CSX 4007.  Is this the same car and was the chassis number changed to avoid confusion with Mr Shelby's 4000 series cars?
