If no one comes back to you you may have to pull it of the car and look for numbers/ identifiers.
What's the suspected issue with it?

Yes trying to avoid that ...   The gauge is stuck at 1/2 tank all the time.   The car suits for long periods of time

I appreciate your desire to have a replacement standing by, but you will still have to gain access to replace the old tank unit. So maybe worth following Graham's advice, although as we are close to Northern Hemisphere winter you could put the task off til those long winter evenings call for some Occupational Therapy ?
Many, if not most, fuel tank contents faulty indications involve poor earthing. This is easier to check than the tank unit itself and might avoid changing it.
The other problem I have come across is due to the corrosive effects of Ethylene - the fuel readings on LM 5000 became fanciful and eventually stayed close to zero regardless of actual level. When I got around to a proper investigation I found that the piano wire arm that swings up and down with the float had corroded right through and the float itself was lying at the bottom of the tank. Note - at the bottom and not floating on the surface. When fished out it mostly crumbled into dust. I suppose the float had become holed and this gave rise to the inaccurate readings, eventually the arm also corroded through giving rise to a permanent error....

I am in need of one also! I will try to pull the unit soon and look it over for clues.

There are different tanks. For the cars with the vertical tank behind the seats, the sender was TB9013/330. I couldnt find that so used TB9013/130 and its working well.
