Integrated jacking system

I am missing the handle and rod assembly for the integrated jacking system on my 16/80.
Does anyone know where I might be able to find one?

 Not very helpful, but could you research who made these built in jacks, is there a maker's name anywhere on them and which other manufacturers fitted them ?  If you can do this it would at least widen the search.

Finally you could try advertising in ACtion as I think other PVT A.C.s would have them fitted

there are no identifying marks on the hacks that I can find.  I know DWS made similar units for RR but I don't know if they provided the same system to AC.
