In amongst dozens of cars including an Alvis, Porsches, MG's and many more, I spotted this Buckland, last change of keeper 2011!

I hope some of these can be saved!  :(

The Buckland looks as though there is a chance - how did she come by her 'B' suffix registration mark ? Could Thames Ditton have sold a Buckland this late: I think not.....

I wondered the same, Barrie, knowing that the 'Q' plate arrived in 1983, and this being first registered in 1984, with a 1964 registration, it is odd!!
It doesn't appear in the registry with that number either.

I have seen this car before, it doesn't have the normal AC motif on the radiator cowl, just a badge. Also the frontal treatment of the car is very different. The front wings and radiator cowl are one piece, the cowl which is normally Brass could possibly be aluminium.  Normal Buckland's and 2 Litre Saloons have piping joining the panels. I have seen one other Buckland like this, is was a Maroon coloured car in very poor condition, I saw it back in the early 90's somewhere near the Liverpool area. I hope this info helps.
