Hi, this great car is offered by Pendine. Who can help me in confirming the history of this beauty? Thanks a lot in advance Wilhelm

Willhelm.

BEX148 was  exported to Venezuela in 1956 and raced by O Lupi.....    It returned to the UK (2011/2012 ) and was  fully rebuilt to same body specification as  raced  during  1950s /60s .
Pendine should have full history,  Which can be substantiated by  Tim Isles who imported it  and carried out a 100 point restoration in readiness for its debut at GoodWood Revival 2013. :)  Driven by Nigel Winchester

Keith,

Thank you very much for the information. Will be a good stablemate for BEX 312. How can I contact Tim?

All the best from Germany

Welcome to the AC Owners Club
BEX148 would make a great stable companion to  your BEX312,  Like all Classic Sports ,  They are there to be used  and enjoyed to the full, Then passed on to new Custodians to be loved. used and enjoyed again and again.
If you do buy  BEX148 , Please post a picture of  the two together.
In the meantime enjoy BEX312.

Cheers
Keith

Keith,

Thanks for the welcome and the kind words. BEX 313 is my well used ACE for the last 9 years and I enjoying her so much that a second one is desired. Will post a photo and maybe even put my Fraser Nash in. Three Bristol engined English thoroughbreds.

All the best

Wilhelm,

By BEX 313 you mean BEX 312 but by coincidence BEX 313 was owned and restored by the same Tim as BEX 148.
Some time ago I read an online article which compared your F-N Le Mans and BEX 312.
