That was posted in the German Cobra Forum:
The story continues, and we will manufacture another 663 legendary AC Cobras. Get in touch: https://accobra.com/

The Gentleman who posted it explained that:

Behind AC Cars Group AG is a Swiss investor group that has acquired AC Cars Ltd in England. We will publish the international press release at the end of May. Until then, you can register on our landing page to stay up to date.

And later after some comments and questions:

https://www.accars.eu/ Is now part of the new company. Websites will be merged shortly. Please wait for the press release or register to stay up to date.

Do we have any information or news about that?

One can get a feeling for the constellation behind the url if you do a search on AC cars Europe GmbH, Germany and AC Cars group AG, Switzerland. AC cars Europe has web adress link https://www.accars.eu/ which is the AC Cars (UK) Ltd web page.

Not a single owner of the AC brand has prospered in the last forty years and not a single 21st century press-release promise has ever been realised. The race is not always to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, but it's the only way to bet.

May's forthcoming announcement is awaited with interest.

I agree, George Orwell wrote a parody on your quote ""Objective consideration of contemporary phenomena compels the conclusion that success or failure in competitive activities exhibits no tendency to be commensurate with innate capacity, but that a considerable element of the unpredictable must invariably be taken into account."

Well I don't know how much you surfed on the web, but following the trail I ended up on a Swiss company's web site that produces luxury massage
armchairs, and I mean "luxury"!

So why wait for the announcement and the unpredictable, think positive and take a look at the chairs, they are available now.

According to the gentleman posting the news the car shown is a ,,prototype". We assume it is based on a remaining  MK VI car.

Interesting... but Conza is not the name I heard mentioned in October last year in this 'discussion' I had on FaceAche!

it is interesting how the dynamics behind the brand AC is rolling. CNN just published an article on Hi-Tec Automotive and Superformance:
https://edition.cnn.com/2022/06/08/africa/hi-tech-automotive-superformance-replica-cars-spc-intl/index.html
Superformance is delivering on promises since decades and has a full portfolio, and any time some news are popping up in Europe about the brand AC, Superformance seems to raise a hand. Superformance goes electric too.

interesting article indeed, spelling out the SA origins a.o. of current Cobras sold under Shelby flag, most often advertised as built by Shelby American.

a few ended in Switzerland, so far I remember 2 have been homologated for street use, one with blue livery and one with red livery. Further 2 were then for sales (one black, and one blue) in Grison.
Nice cars indeed, good to "cruise" in the Alps, actually very rare.

After many years absence, on 3rd August 2022 AC was again included in the 'Autocar' magazine 'New Cars A to Z'. This includes a summary specification and price range.

Three variants of the Cobra are listed, 140 Charter Edition, 378 Superblower, and Series 1 Electric.

A kerb weight of 1100kg is given for all three models.

Published price range is £89,500 to £145,000

Rating is 4*, the key for which reads as 'Very Good. Very competitive in key areas, competitive in secondary respects.'

The general comment reads: 'Can't match modern supercars but is pure driving indulgence'

I do not know the publisher's criteria for inclusion in this listing.
