I don't blame you for thinking you may have found the wrong place to discuss your new Aceca.  Two responses, both on board photo posting. :o
I'm not sure about the silence from members, especially Aceca owners. 
I lost my Ace 40 years ago and have only known coupes through those of friends, but rest assured I will be following your progress.

Joey, if you still need heater info, drop me a pm with your email and I'll send you some photos, I've done a bit of research on the heater on both early and later Aceas, I'm pretty sure the later one is the same as a frog eye sprite so is quite readily available,  I'll email part numbers and pictures for you. The fan motor is made by Smiths and is very sililar to Healeys , however it's aluminium and not plastic but visually almost identical.
Hope this helps a bit.

I always opt for the electric these days😀
