Many thanks to the organizers.
Although we needed to leave for home on Saturday morning after breakfast, the International had provided the opportunity to meet again with so many nice AC folks that we do not see so often.
Spendid country side! We had spent since Tuesday morning in topless MkIV touring through the South and West of the UK, passing and stopping by a number of most interesting places, such as Brooklands, Windsor, Ascot, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Wells, Bath, Castle Combe, Bristol, Dan Yr Ogoff, Brecon, before taking the mountain route through Elan Valley to Devils Bridge and then to the sea at Aberyswith, then getting down to Llandrindod Wells, with a last stop at Welsh Royal Christal in Rhayader. So we did part of the International's road book the other way around.
After leaving the party on Saturday at 10:30 am, and waiting for an hour for the next train at Folkestone, we were home at 10:00 pm sharp, having taken the route via Hereford, Ross-on-Wye, Gloucester and hitting the M4 south of Swindon. The MkIV behaved as usual, troubleless! Great fun again, of course with such great weather! Thanks for having included the weather upgrade in package.

See you at Le Mans Classic!
