AC Autokraft

By my count, there are now 3 companies producing cars with the AC trademark: AC Cars in Germany, AC Heritage at Brooklands, Iconic Motors in the US.
   
   Does anyone know what has happened to the 4th, AC Autokraft, also in the US?

I think Mr. Lampert did a little "due diligence" and came to his senses, ergo "AC Autokraft" is not trading.
