Does anyone know where I can get a large (50cm + diameter) AC logo or AC Owners Club wall plaque, self adhesive sticker or a large flag for display purposes?

They may not be 'official' nor 'recognised' (but then, nor would be something you design yourself) but AC logos do appear all the time on Ebay - from signs, transfers, coasters, key rings you name it. Here's just one, for example:

Most vinyl printers will be able to do this, I had 2 vinyl banners made for the 2 litre saloon I just sent them a scanned copy of the AC brochure with the bits I wanted and got them in days £15 a piece.
