Can anyone shed some light on this car? It is an interesting story if true, and I have never heard of a MkII Ace.

Perhaps the "prototype and mould" for the carbon fiber Ace that was to be built in the "New Factory" in CT.? Could the former "partner" in the abortive venture be attempting to recoup some of the costs he is out?
