Spare tire hold down

   Thanks for the underneath picture, I can almost make the bracket out, and after a little photoshop work it will be clear as a bell ;-)

I finally finished my spare tire set up and thought I'd post what I did. Here are the pieces un assembled. Luckily Ron Leonard had the upper nut.

   If the car wasn't back together, I would have welded the bracket in on the bottom, but bolting seemed to be the best approach for where I was at.
   I still need a 3/8 X 16 stud (the top nut and the bottom piece are both 3/8X16) of the correct length and a flat washer to hold down the tire, but with everyone's help I was able to make up something that at least resembles the original set up.
