Built in 1995 in the original AC factory...

What? It was built in a block of flats? [:0] Coz that`s what Thames Ditton was by `95!!! [B)]

Registry has it down as Rolls Royce Cobalt Blue
   metallic, can`t imagine it`s needed a respray in it`s gruelling 2,600 miles!

   And this intrigues me:

   Erm... why?

They must be getting confused with that 'replica factory'. :)

I always thought the tale of the Hurlocks knocking out MkIV's would remain a secret forever, a bit like the Daytonas that went to Australia...

Is 'this to early to be an Alan L. Model?

Vince Caldicott

Looks like it has quite a serious fluid leak!

Good spot, Vince... I thought it was just seams in the Tarmac!

To my untrained eye it looks rather like a Mk IV Lightweight in Blue with Magnolia. The price is steep, but subject to some under bonnet pics, looks interesting! I think the fluid leaks were from the Rosetta Comet Landing vehicle tests!

Not enough pictures with under hood (er...bonnet)  and under cars shots.  Would be nice to see the  chassis plate with AKL number.  Definitely looks like there is a fluid leak.  Good catch!
