I have to replace the Wilwood pads on 2700, as Wilwood is not on the NZTA approved list, for compliance.

The brake specialists have come back with a recommendation of EBC Greenstuff pads http://ebcbrakes.com/product/greenstuff-brake-pads/

Although they are recommended for cars under 200hp, the specialist feels that they would be preferable (as opposed to correct rated Redstuff pads), given the light weight of the car

Has anyone had experience of these pads ?
   Any pros/cons ?
   Any recommendations ?

Rob,
I have green stuff pads in the rear of my Crs and yellow stuff in the fronts. Works fine.

However sounds like you just need to do what they ask and revert to Willwods when passed.

I have greenstuff pads on the front of my Ace 2.6 and they work fine. A bit less dead than the TR3 pads I had before, slightly more bite. I have never experienced any fade, but my car tends to do long relatively gentle trips, so the brakes don't have to work particularly hard. I cannot say how they would work in competition.
