Sadly we learned of the death of ACOC member Duncan McGregor. With his Ace Bristol and Greyhound he was a frequent contributor to ACOC events over many decades, and an engineering asset to the Club. His gentle manner and deep knowledge will be missed greatly by us all. Duncan was also passionate about Frazer Nash cars, whose owners' club features a photograph on their website. http://frazernash.co.uk/news.php?article=547. When funeral details are available they will be posted on this forum.

AC Ace Bristol

.

I send sincere condolence to Duncan's Family.

My first meeting with Duncan was back in the summer of 2000, when I was looking for a good honest unrestored Ace Bristol, when being cheeky and somewhat green,
I placed a business card in his Ace to see if it were possibly for Sale...[:0].. No Way ! .. Not this very special Ace.
His advice over the next few months  helped me buy and import BEX333.[:p].
He always made time and freely gave sound advice, a real ambassador of the AC Owners Club and  a good Friend.

Duncan will be missed by many ACOC members and classic car enthusiasts.
