1936 16/60 coupe on eBay

There's a 16/60 coupe on eBay with is purported to be 1 of 3 made:

   Anyone know if this is factual, or where they would have come up with this statistic? Any guesses on what the car is actually worth (other than 'whatever someone is wiling to pay...')

A quick look at the PVT register (derived from the factory ledger) shows that this is a 1937 model year car completed in December 1936. One of very few made and fewer known to survive from the period 1936 to 1938.  Some had two hammock seats which could be rolled up behind the front seats and are known as 2-4-6 Fhc. So extremely rare and desirable.
   
   I would question the 2 carburettor statement and am puzzled why no pictures of the engine compartment. My concerns would centre on the internal condition of the engine and the state of the wooden body framing, neither of which can be assessed easily and can be horrifically expensive to rectify. Is it worth 30,000USD? Probably yes. If the engine and body framing are in good condition, maybe double that? It would be great to run it in that original, patinated condition rather than restore it and remove all that age. Only my personal opinions, of course.

To add a little more information:
   
   For those described as FHC or 2-seater FHC (so ignoring 2-4-6 and Special FHC), chassis records based on shipped/ex-works date (I think) as opposed to model year, were:
   1936: 3 built, one of which was converted by the factory to a DHC, all three believed to have survived.
   1937: 7 built, 2 known to have survived.
   1938: 2 built, no known survivors.
   
   Whichever way you look at it, this is a very rare car.

   Of all the PVTs built by AC in the 1930's this is the one for me, maybe buy a wreck 16/60/70 or 80 competition and have a copy body fitted.  Just love it!

   No I didn't count that one. Fry's is listed as a '1938 Special FHC on a sports chassis'. Maybe he should have been nicknamed "Smokemaker", not "Rainmaker". [:)]
   
   The problem for many PVTs and some post war cars is that the fixed head and saloon cars are often re-bodied as sports, competition or special cars, because the cost of repairing or replacing the original body is so high. A great shame IMHO.
   
   There is I believe a 'project' car in Wiltshire with a shortened chassis etc just waiting to be purchased then recreated as this special FHC...
   
   And in the ACOC is a member who is both knowledgeable and skilled enough to do this for Keith someone. [:D]
