COB 6058 - Current Owner?

This car, used by John Atkins for 37 years, has a new owner. Does anyone know who it is?
   
   (Apologies for the car number transcription error on yesterday's string, now closed)

Please note that this COB 6058 - Current Owner? string replaces the erroneous COB '5068' string below.
   
   I'm solely after the new owner's name, nothing else.
