Wheel Balancing

Does anyone know of or can recommend someone who can balance splined hub wheels in the Essex, Suffolk, Herts area?

I generally get my wheels balanced at a normal tyre outlet, they use cone adapters to hold the wheel central to the spindle of the balancing machine.
   They use stick on weights normally if you have the pre-war type rims.
