Aceca Wiper Switch

I believe that my Aceca wiper switch is in fact a heater switch, does anyone have any idea how can I tell the difference between the two. The wipers only work on the slow speed and stop where ever they like - the motor seems OK.

Can you make a picture of the backside of the switch?

The car is away at the moment however I will take a photograph of the switch on it's return.
