   No. I has the same problem with another car. A damaged thermoswitch which switched to 'on'. After replacing it, everything worked.
   
   I don't think the a damaged relay will ever switch to 'on'.

28 lbs air is plenty and what the disigners called for with the tires originaaly and the proper replacements. Fan seemed to work..does it go on when you first cold start the car?
