FYI - there is a 1 x page item on the 428 in the new (May) edition of Classic Cars. It's a page on the '73 silver convertible for sale at Oldtimer  garage in Manchester

It's a shame that so many magazine articles are based on cars awaiting sale at auction or in the hands of dealers rather than those in the hands of enthusiasts and collectors (any issue of Octane being a prime example). This car was sold at Bonhams Goodwood 2008 for approx. 45,000 and since being marketed for some 95,000. Condition is good without being remarkable or notably original, little appears to have been done to it since it was sold at auction- that said it's a clean ready to go 428.

Yes. It's good news that 428's are being promoted - ignorance of the model contributes to it being a surprisingly affordable supercar with great exclusivity - that said who'd want to be the sucker that pays way over the odds for that particular car - as for what the English classic car mag price guides say - well that's another matter.
