As  1950's /1960s Ace and Aceca  never had rack and pinion steering  Brian Eacott would not have one in stock, suggest you try Ben Yates, tel end email in ACtion and ACOC Blue Book.

If you are referring to the Aceca Brooklands then I suggest you contact John Abel whom I believe bough / secured most Ace Aceca Brooklands spares, again contact details in Action and ACOC Blue Book.
Hope one of these can supply you with what you want.
