Ignition timing on AC- 6 cylinder engine

I am wondering, how to set the timing of my 16/80 AC 6-cylinder properly. I took one of my new blocks with bigger head-studs,  have a Phoenix crank, Carillo rods, Arias pistons with about 9:1 cr, a flow-optimised head and a post-war carburation. Compression check delivers 190 lbs. I am running it on 98 octan lead-free.
The distributor is converted to be fully electronic; thus I can give it whatever I want as an adjustment-curve from idle to full revs. The current timing -by trail & error- ended with 10° at idle and 35° fully advanced.
Is that correct? Any advice on the proper ignition timing?
