Reference Nut size for handbrake cable

   Does anyone know the thread size of nut for the handbrake cable that goes into the handbrake end?

John, The thread on the cable of my Aceca is 5/16 B.S.F.
   Hope this helps.

   Many thanks, yep stop being lazy and found out it was 5/16 BSF, the problem is the nuts are now getting really hard. So I re-thread to M8 and is now working fine. We started the car today what a brilliant sound!! now it is tuned. Rolling road this weekend.

There are plenty of sources for BSF fixings,if you have sourcing problems for these just post a message.
   Maybe the Club could stock a range of these type parts!
