My car is getting ready for paint, its original colour was Blue.
   Does anyone have a specification for or definition of BLUE, I wanted to keep the car looking as original as possible so would like help in identifying at least the colour code.
   
   I had thought of a pale blue metallic but was unsure whether this would be considered out of spec, any help greatly appreciated.

Try AC Princess Blue - a lovely pale metallic colour - it should be in the major paint manufacturers' catalogues.
