Taking my 2 Litre to Holland

I am entering the Bognor Regis Classic Rally which is going to Holland in March.
   
   We are supposed to have replacement bulbs and beam deflectors.
   
   Any ideas where I can get these?
   
   Also does any have any idea how fussy the Dutch are about seat belts? I do not have any.

Being a Dutch ex-pat and going back very soon for a vacation I can check for you. There may be some special exemption for historic cars, otherwise I'd say they are pretty picky.
