steering rack

Does anyone have information as to the steering ration of the stock steering rack?  Also, is there a quicker ratio replacement rack available?  I would prefer a quicker response for track use.

it is supposed to be 3,4 turns... I assume an MGB Quick ratio steering rack can be mounted, as it is the same, apart from the rod end extensions, but stand to be corrected !
