1958 AC Ace Bristol For Sale

Here is a link to a listing just recently posted by Fantasy Junction in Emeryville, CA, just east of San Francisco...one of my favorite places to visit.  Looks like the car is already pending sale.  It is BEX 450.  Dark blue with black leather.  A beautiful car from the photos on site.  I have not seen it in person.  Just as information.  No affiliation.

That looked mighty familiar... and I know why!
   Fantasy Junction had BEX 450 for sale as discussed HERE back in December 2008! So, did she sell & is now back with them, or sat there for 4+ years(not showing up in their list of sold vehicles)?
   Previous asking price was $275,000, now $335,000.

   That is interesting.  It must have sold and is now on sale with them again.  I have been to FJ a number of times since 2008 and it has not been on display from then until present day.

At first sight, a $60k mark-up looks like a lot, but it`s only actually 5% per year!
