COX/COB6... Chassis Gear Shift Levers

I am looking for pictures gear shift levers of nice unrestored COX/COB prefix chassis completed with some version of Ford 289 c.i.d. V8.

Did COX/COB6001-6062 cars use the 1963 model design, 1964 model design, or both of the shifter designs CSX2... cars used? (Guess, they started with the 1963 type and ended with the 1964 type. I would be interested in chassis numbers in that case.)

What did the 289 Sports use?

Historic pictures from the 1960s would be most desirable.
