on page 8 of September ACtion, it says: "Not an International in 2011"
   but the proposal for a trip in Norhern Spain is as international as could be [:)], provided we can gather a few ACs from more than one country.
   
   Luxembourg could send at least one car and would be interested to team up with one or two cars from Germany, France, Belgium or else for traveling through France.
