AC Ace Bristol

Great to see it's lost its 2.0 litre Alfa Romeo engine, and is now powered by a Bristol 100D2 engine which isn't as it left Thames Ditton but is by far the best combination for a Ace.
   Great registration   ACE55

Will be interesting to see how it fairs [?]

Especially as Classic & Sports Car, Octain and various dealers have 7 or 8 AC Aces on the market this month,  which must be a all time record for many  years.

    Spoilt for Choice. [:p]

AC Ace Bristol

Informed by Jerry Van Kalleveen that the Bristol engine fitted to AE70 is 100D2 1136.

A little research and it is possibly from a 1962/1963 AC Greyhound,
maybe John Goose can confirm that this bristol engine infact left Thames Ditton in a Greyhound and hopefully  in which Greyhound.
