Frank Price at Precision Motors in Newburyport, MA  (978)4638199 did most of the body and all the paint on my AC Bristol. He did a fantactic job. Frank was the head body person at Paul Russell (Gullwing) before going into business for himself.

Am told that Triumph TR 3 oil pump gears (which are taller, but almost identical in every other way) will fit. Because of the height of the gears a new cover will have to be made for the Bristol Pump.

Have looked into Daimler ENV units. Unfortunately they used 3.7 ratios not 3.9. It would work, but prefer the proper 3.9 so still looking.

Is anyone either making a replacement for the original Bristol Oil Pumps or is there an ealily adaptable alternative. Someone suggested adapting a Triumph TR 3 Pump?

Does anyone know where I can locate either a very good 3.9 ring and pinion or if anyone is making them on the after market. What other cars was this ENV unit used on?
