What an incredible weekend! It was so nice to meet so many of you who I know only through this forum or AC Action articles. Kudos to Leo Archibald and his tireless efforts for the events, the likes of which apparently haven't been seen previously. 85 people at the dinner that was first class. Priest House was a great location perhaps only rivaled by Great Northern Classics for the show itself. Unfortunately I only got to preview the show for a short time as I had a pre-determined date with a Leeds United disappointing loss at Wembley but got to see incredible cars in a fantastic setting. Just a few folks that I recall meeting of course Leo and his lovely wife Resa, Mike Smith, John Spencer, Bertie, Barrie Bird, Andy Shepherd, Russ Swift, Colin and Wendy Naish, Norman Burr, Mike Berrisford, Rob Tojeiro, Kevin Schilling and I know there were many others. It was a long trip from the US but it was inspiring and makes me want to be more active with the club. It has a very sound foundation with so many passionate members who care. Learning the clubs history was also eye opening to me.  Thanks again my friends for an unforgettable weekend!

Terry wish we could have found time to discuss this last weekend. It flew by didn't it? Facebook in my opinion has significantly more traffic than this forum at least as it relates to our Buckland page. I know some folks don't subscribe to social media but that's where it's at imo. Perhaps there's a way to cross post to have it in both places? The ACOC Instagram page has been more active in last year. The ACOC Facebook page may as well not exist.it is way out of date.  I'm active in several associations using social media and they're not all evil I promise. It may be a way to further reach our next generation of potential members if administrated correctly and frequently. Thanks!

Who is running this? It is extremely dormant. We need more presence promoting events and celebrating AC ownership.

How many Bucklands and 2 Litres can we have attend this fantastic event? Make our marque and model proud with a big showing! M traveling from the US to attend. The dinner will be a fun evening as well! Thank you Leo Archibald for all your hard work!

I am flying over from the US for this event. Really looking forward to connecting with so many of you AC owners in particular the Buckland owners. What can we do to spread the word? Leo has done an amazing job and we need to make him proud and reward his efforts with a solid showing!

Could you share some pics?

Richard looks like you're a member of the Facebook group. Ask the question in there and I'm sure you'll get some traction. Absentbthat I can get you in touch with the restorers of the two finest examples built in last 4 years.

Thanks!

What a pleasure it was to meet 2 AC legends last November. The infamous author and expert AC 2 litre man Leo Archibald and then our resident AC Spares encyclopedia Brian Eacott. It made my trip from Houston to England even more memorable. My only regret I didn't get a pic with Brian. I had breakfast with Leo so we had a great catch up in Leeds.

It's a brotherhood I tell ya! Thanks Leo and Brian for your service to the AC brand.

Always a joy rain or shine!

Gary inspired me.....it seems a good idea to take the Buckland out to watch the footie on Saturday after a couple months of idlenesss. Alas I was caught in a torrential downpour on top of the England loss.....when it rains it pours! Nonetheless I did enjoy the brief ride out and it always gets many onlookers and positive comments. There'll be days like these.....

Nice morning cars n coffee type event in my local town. The Buckland ever the unicorn and plenty of "what is it" questions. Always fun!
