Many thanks for the link to the M&S advert. I tried without success to record it as it was my car they used. I think I'll wait to see if the new Ace materialises and comment after seeing in the flesh.Tony Michaels

I would like through this medium to convey my thanks and appreciation for the fine work and dedication shown by our retiring editor Bob Langley.  'ACtion' is and will always be without doubt one of the most essential and important factors of the ACOC and the magazine has prospered throughouthis tenure. I have been told by Aubrey Finburgh of Classic Autos to warn members that he has found, whilst restoring or repairing a number of Aces and Acecas recently, that many have had cracks in their stub axles. He thinks that it is worth getting them crack tested as obviously failures could be disastrous. Tony Michaels
