Probably too late to be of any value, but I took my diff out of the Ace some 3-4 years ago and they rebuilt it including a very thin sleeve around the worn input shaft so the new oil seal doesnt leak. All OK, and very helpful, though after they said then that they could rebuild my son's Bristol Torqueflite auto box, when he asked this year, they said no, so maybe someone's retired

Don't forget that the original fuse ratings are about double what the stated rating is on a modern fuse!
