Gents,

Many thanks for your help and suggestions.

I have found the emulsion tube for sale at carburettor hospital Ltd. And the alloy nut from inracing.com.

I did see this set of alloy nuts on eBay but the one I was looking for has a thread all the way through whereas these are the nuts to hold the full rocker cover in place rather than the actual blanking/observation plate onto the rocker cover.

Thanks again for your help - very much appreciated.

All the best - Chris.

Hi,

I need the following spare parts (if available) for my Bristol 100/D2 engine:

The retaining nut that holds the blanking plate on to the rocker cover.
The tube which the air correction jet screws inside that holds the emulsifier tube inside the Solex Carb (B32 PBI).

Any help on sourcing these would be very much appreciated.

Thanks - Chris

Hi,

I've just moved from North Yorkshire to Grantown on Spey and was wondering if there are any Owners Club members in the Inverness/Aberdeen area?

Just looking to make contact and build relationships with any recommended mechanics or restorers in the area.

If so, please send me DM (thechrisdavies@gmail.com).

All the best - Chris

Just wondering if anyone has an Ace Bristol wheel (R16) for sale?

Doesn't have to be immaculate as I'm getting the set powder coated anyway but I'm one short as the spare is currently R15.

Many thanks - Chris.

Thanks Gents, much appreciated.

I've sent an email to enquire.

All the best - Chris.

Hi All,

I'm looking to have my steering box overhauled/reconditioned and any recommendations as to who (in the UK) could do a good job would be very welcome.

Many thanks - Chris.

Thanks Peter,

Strangely - Autosparks have not been able to take my order for the last two weeks as they have a "systems problem" and keep promising to ring me back but they don't and give the same reply when I chase them up. Perhaps they are not taking orders as they're behind with current orders.

If anyone has another suggestion for a wiring loom, please let me know?

Many thanks - Chris.

Thanks Keith,

I'm in the UK.

I'll get onto Autosparks re the loom.

I'd already checked with Holden and the O/D Switch which is out of stock.

Thanks again - Chris.

Hi,

Part way through the restoration and we've decided that we need a new loom. Can anyone help with a source for a new one?

Also on the lookout for an Overdrive Switch if anyone has one,

Many thanks in advance - Chris.

Hello,

Could anyone with an original factory hardtop send me a few photos of the correct fixings to mount the roof to the car please, I have a one that I'm trying to restore (along with the car) and I'd like to get it right but can't find any photographs on the forum or on the internet.

As always, any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks - Chris

Hi Jim,

I'd be interested in buying them if they're still available.

Thanks - Chris

Hi,

I would be grateful if someone would provide me with an email address where I can get the current list of ACOC Regalia, I have tried both the versions on the club site and keep getting a bounce back.

Many thanks - Chris.
