The restoration of this car is beginning.  Any information on its history would be appreciated.  The car has been stored in a barn in the US (North Carolina) for the past 40 years or so.  It is red and has its original engine (although the engine number is 5188 which disagrees with the registry).  As luck would have it the barn didn't leak so the car is very well preserved and solid.  Thanks.

Peter  -  The dimensions of the bag are described earlier in this thread.  If the bags were never made I'm going to have my upholstery guy make one.  It may not be perfect but we'll try and get it as close as possible given all the good information in this thread.  I'd be happy to provide templates for the bag and/or have him make a few of them if anyone is interested.

I recognize this is a rather old thread but I'm wondering if the French group ever had the tool bags made in, if so, whether a bag can be purchased.

I just returned from the Radnor Hunt Concours d'Elegance here in the states.  My Greyhound (BEF2502) won best in class.  It was one of the stars of the show...even though most people either had no idea what it was or thought it as an Aston Martin
