Hi, have a pair of s/h handles. If you pm me I can photograph them for you. I suppose it depends how 'new' you want your car to look.
Regard.

Hi, heaters & demisters an optional extra from the factory on the Aceca. Aceca's I have owned have only had heaters & relied on 'natural' air flow to distribute heat/fresh air. To be factory correct (if that's your wish ) should your car have a fan?

Hi, I just wrap mine tightly as possible in Denso Tape. It's nice and cheap, flexible (about 10% stretch) & moulds quite well to the contour of the spring. Messy job though! Don't know what was originally used?

Hi, I have used a Jaguar moss box with the Zephyr engine but you need to make a new front cover for the gear box to suit the bell housing, see attached picture. At least you will have the gear stick in the right place & not end up with a stick which has a stupid shape. Whether or not you add overdrive is your choice.
Hope this helps.

Hi, '822' was resprayed during my ownership in the late 1990's following the replacement of considerable amounts of bodywork. I tried at the time to find the best visual match for the original colour as there seemed to be no 'formula' for the colour. In the end I settled for a Saab/Skoda colour, regret can't remember which & I am assuming it has not been sprayed in the meantime.

Hi, Old School Windscreens, Longcross, Chertsey, Surrey have supplied both early & later screens in the past, but freight was always at purchasers risk, I always collected. Alternatively if you have an old screen to use as a template you can cut the glass you need out of a larger screen which has the same curvature.
Hope this helps.

Hi, if you use a pipe bender you will have to draw the pipe as you bend or you will create a compression bend. I would find an engineering company who can create an extrusion bend & have the correct radii mandrels to bend the pipe around, the radius is different front and back on the Aceca.
Hope this helps.

Hi Nigel, Is your car RHD? If so is the provision for the handbrake on the transmission tunnel or to the right of the driver?
